NJUA Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Scholarship

The New Jersey Utilities Association offers annually two (2) four-year, $1,500 per year scholarships for minority, female or disabled students pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree at an accredited college or university.

NJUA EEO Description NJUA EEO Application
This scholarship is offered to all high school seniors who meet the following criteria:

currently a high school senior
-
a New Jersey resident and a legal resident or citizen of the United States with permission to work in this country
-
a woman, a disabled person or a member of one of the following minority groups:
o Hispanic or Latino
o Black or African American
o Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander
o Asian
o American Indian or Alaskan Native
o Two or more races

have demonstrated overall academic excellence
-
can demonstrate financial need
Children of employees of any of the following NJUA member companies are not eligible for this scholarship.
