PEI Kids
PEI Kids Mission
PEI Kids is dedicated to promoting and maintaining a safe environment for all children. PEI Kids works with the child, family and caregiver to provide prevention, education and intervention programs regarding personal safety, sexual abuse and the overall well-being of the child.
About PEI Kids Programs
PEI Kids operates three types of program areas. The program areas include: Prevention, Intervention and Client Support Services.
Prevention: These programs focus on teaching children and adults about issues surrounding the well-being of children. All workshops are interactive and age appropriate.
Intervention: These programs assist children in positive recovery from trauma and help avert crises, as well as redirect juvenile offenders towards more positive pursuits and improved decision making.
Client Support Services: These programs support the Department of Children and Families with transportation for appointments associated with the child and family's well being, as well as supervised visitation.
